Diaster Cleanup moving in to the Viral/Social media world

I was on linkedin this morning and came across a post in a restoration group that I am in. The article was named Social Networking Sites Could Solve Many Communication Problems When Disaster Strikes. The article discusses how we are now using social media to solve problem when disaster strikes its a very interesting concept and there was even a report done from the US researchers in a issue of the International Journal of Emergency Management. I thought it was an interesting new age view to a century old problem.
